As a genuine Texas bayou boy, born and raised, my life has been a mix of rural country, urban concrete, and sprawling suburban. Like the always-growing Greater Houston area, I learned to navigate all three early on. Mine and my wife's roots have been planted in this area for generations and this is where we have chosen to raise our four children. We hope they will continue the tradition because there is no place greater than Texas. My deep understanding and knowledge of the area, as well as my own personal experiences from living here, have given me the passion to help others find their perfect home in the Greater Houston area. It was here that I gained an extensive professional background in Sales and Management before launching into the real estate world. My Real Estate career began in the early 2000's but then took a break to work from home as a production manager for a publishing company while my children went through their school years. Fifteen years later with my children grown and on their own I decided to return to my passion of helping people through the often stressful process of selling and buying real estate. Having grown up in and raised my own family in the Katy area since 1978 it was a natural decision for me to specialize in this area that I know so well.Raising three children while working with a monthly deadline job for multiple publications, provided me with important tools that carryover into making me a valuable asset as a Realtor: patience, negotiating skills, knowing how to tackle deadlines with ease, acute attention to detail and knowing the importance of keeping in constant communication with clients.
