2024 marks Ruth Ann's 22nd year in the real estate profession. She is a seventh-generation Texan and fourth-generation Houstonian and began her real estate career at John Daugherty, Realtors and Greenwood King Properties in Houston. She has strong family ties to the Round Top area and grew up spending time with relatives in Fayette County. Ruth Ann and her husband, Stephen, decided Round Top would be the ideal place to raise their three daughters. With many years of experience in the high-paced Houston real estate market, she brought to Round Top Real Estate strategic negotiating skills, first-rate marketing ideas for property listings, and a drive to assist her clients in finding the perfect property. Ruth Ann attended Duchesne Academy in Houston and remains an active alumnae board member. She received her B.A. in English from The University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee, graduating with Distinction. She is currently a member of the Round Top Chamber of Commerce, The Round Top DYD Club, and The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved as a church and school volunteer.

She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, South Central Board of Realtors, and Realtors Land Institute. Ruth Ann enjoys gardening, antiquing, and entertaining her out-of-town friends and family in scenic Round Top. When she's not working and wants to get away, Ruth Ann and her husband and daughters enjoy road trips with the goal of visiting all 50 states.

Jack brings a wealth of knowledge in wildlife, native plants, and country property experience. His professional life has been spent in sales, most of that time working with rural clients in central and south Texas. Building strong, lasting relationships has been the key to his success over the past 30+years.

Jack grew up spending time with family on his parent's ranch in the Texas hill country where he learned to love the land from his father. He also spent many years working with his father in law on the family farm near Hockley.

While at Texas A&M University, Jack studied Wildlife Fisheries Science, Forestry, Biology and earned bachelors degree in Animal Science. This knowledge along with a lifelong love of hunting, fishing, camping and the outdoors, has giving him a broad knowledge base and insight into farm and ranch property.

He and his wife Laurie moved recently to their property in Fayette County near Fayetteville, Tx. They have two grown kids with wonderful spouses, three grandchildren and lots of family. They are leaders in their church, Grace Bible Church and involved in many charitable organizations including Camp For All in Washington County.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys camping, gardening, long walks with his dog Charlie, hunting, travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Kyla Goebel grew up in Washington County and spent much of her childhood at her family's farm in Fayette County. She attended Texas A&M University after high school and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. After purchasing her first home at the age of 22, she quickly became interested in the field of real estate and earned her license in 2016. She immediately fell in love with the profession and has been hard at work ever since! Kyla specializes in both residential and farm & ranch and will represent both buyers and sellers. Kyla is married to her husband Reese, and they have one son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running and spending time with her family. A perfect day starts with a hot cup of coffee (or three) and a sunrise, and ends with a beer and Bravo marathon on TV. "I grew up in southern Illinois in our family business of buying and selling Quarter Horses. My background serves me well in my chosen profession of real estate. Dad had a very strong work ethic and placed client needs above all else." Tootie's background includes time spent teaching secondary business education in Arizona. She co-owned a business that bred, raised, sold and exhibited nationally renowned cutting horses. In 2005, in tandem with her real estate career, she successfully developed a retail store in Brenham (Ranch Antiques) which she sold in 2010.

Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.

"Weekenders" in Round Top since 2003 when they first bought property, Linda and her husband decided to abandon their West University roots and become full-time country residents in 2015. Over a period of 30 years, Linda worked in the oil and gas industry. She was an international oil trader for a major oil and gas company focusing on Latin America. She traveled extensively in Central and South America. Dealing with customers on a daily basis, she found that communication was the key to developing successful working relationships. Negotiating was always her strong suit, but also trust and mutual respect with her customers which attributed to her success and long term career.

Linda discovered that negotiating and trading large volumes of oil served as a perfect platform for a career in real estate. As a trader she dealt with multimillion dollar transactions which ties in beautifully to negotiating luxury properties.

A native Texan, she was born in the Panhandle. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved to Houston which had been home until her recent move to her farm in Round Top. She is proud to have called herself a Houstonian and still has strong ties to the city.

Linda is fully immersed in the Round Top Community. She serves on the board of Friends of Winedale as Vice President. This is an organization that supports the Winedale Historical Complex which is a division of The University of Texas Austin's Briscoe Center for American history. She is also a member of the fundraising committee for the Round Top Public Library and First Presbyterian Church of La Grange. She enjoys entertaining friends and family on her farm and when time allows, she enjoys traveling.

Emily Kahanek Shaw has lived in the Round Top and La Grange area her entire life. She is a native of Fayette County; her family roots go back generations. After college Emily married her high school sweetheart, Casey and they have 4 children. As a team, Casey and Emily operate CE Cattle Co. and their investment properties. Emily's knowledge of this area, the land, the history and the people is vast.
