Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of New Mexico State University (AS) and Park University (MBA Business Management and Management Information System, MPA Non-Profit Management, MC Healthcare Leadership Payment Systems). Before getting back into the real estate business in 2019, Mary previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Non-Profit, Turning Points, in Bradenton, Florida and prior to that, as the Fiscal Services Manager for Manatee County Government's Community Services Department. Mary was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas; some of the best hunting grounds in South Texas.
